**Cancellation & Refund Policy**

Thank you for booking an experience with Wa-Retreat Kyoto.

Our experiences are provided by reservation only, with materials and staff prepared in advance.
To ensure fair operation for all guests, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

**■ Free Cancellation**
・Free of charge up to **3 days (72 hours)** before the experience start time.
・Full refund will be issued via Stripe to your original payment method.

**■ Partial Refund**
・Cancellation within **48 to 72 hours** before the experience: **50% refund**.
・Please note that processing fees from the payment provider may apply.

**■ No Refund**
・Cancellations made **less than 48 hours before** the experience or **no-shows** are non-refundable.

**■ Date Changes**
・Rescheduling may be accepted up to **3 days prior** to the experience date, depending on availability.

**Note**
All refunds will be processed through Stripe within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
No physical returns or product shipments are involved.

Wa-Retreat Kyotoの体験をご予約いただきありがとうございます。
当体験は予約制で実施しており、材料準備・スタッフ手配などの関係上、
以下のキャンセルポリシーを適用させていただきます。

**■ 無料キャンセル**
・体験開始の72時間前まで：無料でキャンセル可能。
・全額をStripe経由でご返金いたします。

**■ 一部返金**
・48〜72時間前のキャンセル：50％返金いたします。
（決済手数料が差し引かれる場合があります）

**■ 返金不可**
・体験開始48時間以内のキャンセル、または無断キャンセルは返金対象外です。

**■ 日程変更**
・体験日の3日前までにご連絡いただければ、空き状況に応じて変更を承ります。
